Jude-Martin's journey began over 20 years ago, when in his late teens, he joined a monastic community and lived as a monk for 7 years, practicing meditation, silence, and study. That experience laid a path for him: Jude is interested in creating the best version of himself - and others. That means being the best human being he can be, moment- to-moment.
Jude-Martin has a deep interest, passion and respect for the strength of the human spirit and particularly how, with support, some guidance, and simple tools and practices, people can be enabled to reach their fullest human potential - regardless of their contexts and view of the world they have for themselves.
As a mindfulness coach and deep facilitator, Jude-Martin works with people to lead their own inner transformation, be at their fullest potential, and enable them to become the best human beings they can be, moment-to-moment.
