MORE ABOUT JUDE

"My angle is self development. My focus, is mindfulness and emotion management (EQ)".

Jude-Martin believes that self development empowers all forms of leadership development, be that in terms of leading oneself or others, personally or professionally. He recognises that finding oneself  is a journey of self-discovery, an unfolding into understanding who you are as a human being.

Imagine what it would feel like to truly know yourself, and to be able to put that knowledge-power to practical use in your day-to-day life - at home, at school, or the workplace. What would that feel like?

Jude-Martin works with his clients to re-discover themselves and their potential, and to provide them with simple mindful practices and tools for moment-to-moment implementation. With practice, this becomes the noticeable difference that makes the difference in their lives at home, school, and the workplace.

This is the core of what Jude-Martin is about...
