My angle is human development. My focus, is Communication and Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
I believe that human development precedes and empowers leadership development, be that in terms of leading oneself or others, personally or professionally. I recognise that finding oneself is a journey of self-discovery, an unfolding into understanding who you are as a human being.
Imagine what it would feel like to truly know yourself, and to be able to put that knowledge-power to practical use in your day-to-day life - at home, at school, and in the workplace. What would that feel like?
I work with people to re-discover themselves and thus their potential, and provide them with simple practical tools for daily implementation. With practice, this becomes the noticeable difference that makes the difference in their lives at home, school, and the workplace.
